Current Release — November 23, 2026

Our current fragrance release is scheduled for November 23, 2026. Orders placed for this release will begin shipping on or around this date. Please note that this release date applies to the current launch and does not represent our standard shipping timeline for future orders.

Order Processing

Following our November 23 release, all orders will be processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Pre-Orders

Products marked Pre-Order are available for purchase before inventory is ready to ship.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for pre-order processing and shipment, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Standard Shipping

For in-stock items, please allow 4–5 business days for delivery with standard shipping, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options, when available, will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines vary based on the carrier and service selected.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, occasional delays due to carrier issues, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. VZEL is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
